Following the successful format of last year, the PCC will stage a meeting in each of the 18 Safer Neighbourhood areas. The meetings are an opportunity for the public to ask questions of the Commissioner and the Constabulary, and to find out more about policing in the county.
The meeting for the Sudbury SNT area which covers the wards of Boxford, Brett Vale, Bures St Mary, Chadacre, Glemsford and Stanstead, Great Conard North, Great Conard South, Lavenham, Leavenheath, Long Melford, North Cosford, Sudbury East, Sudbury North, Sudbury South, Waldingfield will take place on Wednesday 20th September at the All Saints Parish Church Hall, Church Street, Sudbury CO10 2BL at 7pm.
Each meeting will involve a quick overview from Tim Passmore and the local Superintendent, and then the public will have an opportunity to ask questions. The local Inspector, responsible for policing in the local area, will add operational context.
There is no need to book, please just turn up. Tea and coffee will be served from 6.40pm.
