Today I joined the Chief Constable, Gareth Wilson to announce a proposed restructure which would see more than 100 police officers move into Safer Neighbourhood Teams (SNTs).

A public exhibition is being held to outline possible plans to redevelop the Martlesham Police Headquarters site for new homes. The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Suffolk is considering the sale of the site for residential development in the future, in order to help reduce costs and provide better value for money to taxpayers without impacting on police services or jobs.
