Suffolk’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Tim Passmore has today (Friday 26 January), confirmed the policing element of the council tax will increase by 25p a week (*based on a Band D property) for the next financial year.

Suffolk’s Police and Crime Commissioner Tim Passmore has launched his annual survey to gauge public views on his draft proposal for the policing element for the council tax precept for the next financial year.

A meeting of the PCC and Chief Constable’s Audit Committee will be held on Thursday 25 January 2024 at 9:30am.

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) and Chief Constable are required by law to publish a set of Accounts each year providing a breakdown of the PCC’s and Suffolk Constabulary’s financial performance and financial position.

A meeting of the Accountability and Performance Panel will take place on Friday 19 January 2024 at 9:30am at Police Headquarters, Martlesham, IP5 3QS.
